When you install an EV charger, or other energy devices such as solar panels, that connect to the grid, your local Distribution Network Operator (DNO) needs to be informed and their approval given to ensure the system’s safe integration and to avoid overloading the network applications.
JD Heating & Plumbing Services will apply for a DNO approval on the customer’s behalf if needed. This is usually a quick process, but in some circumstances can take longer which could impact the offer of next day installation.
