My heating failed on one of the coldest nights. I called J D Plumbing & Heating after hours and they were with me within 1/2 an hour. Not only were they able to diagnose the problem they had the part on the van to replace the one that had failed! Brilliant service. Would definitely recommend and re/use! Excellent!

Just an example of how good these JD guys are. I had a nightmare with Scottish Power fitting a Smart Gas Meter. The guy went into our house, looked at our real gas flame fire and said it wasn't safe so he was going to cap off our gas supply meaning we would have no hot water and heating until a plumber could isolate the fire and then remove the cap. Called Jason at JD and he talked to the SP guy and 'explained' that he had no idea what he was talking about. The SP guy still insisted on cutting it off. Jason then told me that I was in the right to insist he doesn't but off the gas and let Cadent come to properly assess the situation. I had no idea Cadent even existed! Jason talked me through what to do. Cadent turned up an hour later and said the fire was totally fine (as Jason predicted) and we still have gas! A few lessons to be learnt here. 1. Never let people like Scottish Power turn your gas off. 2. Use JD heating. These guys really do know what they are doing. They saved me £100s!!!!!!
