Underfloor heating
One service we offer is underfloor heating. Underfloor heating is a good alternative to traditional radiators, or hot-air heating systems.
It can either be a ‘wet’ or dry system. Wet systems, pumps water through pipes under the floor. Dry systems, however use electric coils placed under the floor. We can install either type for you.
Underfloor heating uses the general principle that heat rises. It can be particularly good for new builds or renovations, as this greatly reduces the costs of installation. It also provides comfort, especially for those homes with a lot of cold hard floors. Underfloor heating evenly distributes through the room, so that it leaves you feeling nice and warm all over- it isn’t just your toes and feet that benefit from underfloor heating!
It can be especially popular in the bathrooms, as it eliminates the need for bulky radiators.
